Thank you for shopping with Driftwood Creations! We’re committed to making sure your order arrives safely and on time. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship.


📦 Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods (such as holidays).

You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.


🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship across Canada and the United States.

Canada

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated delivery times:

  • NL & Atlantic Canada: 3–7 business days

  • Rest of Canada: 5–12 business days

  • Remote communities: May require additional time

United States and International

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery time:

  • 7–15 business days


📬 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email (if tracking is included with the selected shipping method).
If you haven’t received tracking within the expected processing window, please check your spam folder or reach out to us.


📦 Multiple Packages

Depending on the items in your order, your products may ship in separate packages.
If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.


❗ Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses

  • Orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

If you need to make a change, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.


📉 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Transit times vary by carrier and are outside of our control.
If your package appears delayed or lost:

  1. Check your tracking information

  2. Contact the carrier directly

  3. If further assistance is needed, we will help support next steps or begin an investigation where possible

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Email info@driftwoodcreationsnl.com within 7 days

  • Include your order number + clear photos of the item and packaging

We will replace the damaged item at no cost to you.
