Refund policy

Made to order = final sale.
Because each Driftwood Creations item is made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

Damages & Order Issues (Case-by-Case)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@driftwoodcreationsnl.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label
  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll review each case individually and work with you on a fair resolution (e.g., replacement or store credit). Refunds are provided only when required by law or when a replacement/credit isn’t feasible.

What Isn’t Considered a Defect

  • Minor colour variations due to screen settings and the print process
  • Slight cropping/placement differences inherent to made-to-order production
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards and sale items

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at purchase are not eligible for refund or replacement.
